License Requirement: Active Ontario Real Estate Salesperson License (Required)

The Opportunity
We are an elite, boutique global real estate and media firm headquartered in Collingwood, managing a highly specialized portfolio of international luxury properties. We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Specialist to serve as the primary steward of our property inventory and a driver of our inquiry-to-close pipeline.
This is a specialized, office-based position for a professional who takes immense pride in the meticulous management of a world-class digital database while possessing the sales acumen to convert high-net-worth inquiries.

Core Responsibilities

  • Inventory Stewardship: Take full ownership of our global property listings. This involves the meticulous entry, curation, and narrative-crafting of property data. You ensure every listing on our platform is 100% accurate, visually compelling, and brand-consistent.
  • Inquiry Matchmaking: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming global leads. You will vet high-net-worth inquiries with speed and sophistication, "matchmaking" them with the ideal properties in our portfolio.
  • Strategic Outreach: Proactively identify and contact international property owners and developers to bring new, high-value inventory onto our platform.
  • Systems & Efficiency: Utilize advanced CRM and AI-assisted workflows (such as Microsoft Copilot) to optimize your daily output. You will be responsible for creating efficient follow-up templates and ensuring no lead or detail is overlooked.
  • Global Representation: Conduct high-level calls and virtual presentations, representing the firm’s value proposition to international brokers and sophisticated sellers with absolute professionalism.
    The Ideal Profile
  • Licensed Professional: You are a registered Real Estate Salesperson in Ontario in good standing, with a firm grasp of compliance, disclosures, and transaction ethics.
  • Meticulous Standards: You take personal pride in the details that others miss. You believe that how a listing is presented is a direct reflection of the firm’s integrity.
  • Digital Agility: You possess exceptional technical speed. You are tech-native—capable of mastering new platforms, troubleshooting web-based issues, and leveraging digital tools for maximum efficiency without hesitation.
  • Autonomous Driver: You flourish in an environment that rewards independence. You do not require constant supervision; you are driven by the desire to organize the inventory and close the deal.
  • Executive Presence: You are articulate, polished, and highly respectful of time. You can pivot seamlessly from deep-focus data management to high-stakes client communication.

Qualifications

  • Active Ontario Real Estate License (Non-negotiable).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, listing management, or luxury account management.
  • Exceptional technical proficiency (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and AI-assisted workflows).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work from our Collingwood office for a standard 9-5, in-office schedule.
